Another person has been arrested on charges of first degree murder and first degree robbery in connection with the February shooting death of 31-year old Lonnie Burns of Dubuque.
Dubuque Police say 28-year-old Terry J. Valrie of Dubuque was arrested earlier today by the US Marshals Service in Rock Island County, Illinois.
Valrie becomes the fifth person arrested and charged in connection with the death of Burns in front of a home in the 700 block of Rhomberg Avenue.
Police say their investigation continues and there could be more arrests.
