Dubuque police report at least three people were injured and taken to the hospital as the result of a partial roof collapse this afternoon at a commercial building under construction near the intersection of the Kennedy Road and the Northwest Arterial close to the soccer complex.
The accident happened between 12:30 and 1 this afternoon and a number of emergency personnel were on the scene. We hope to have more details as they become available.
