Man Charged With Terrorism At Former Employer Pleads Not Guilty


A former employee at Hirschbach Motor Lines in Dubuque has pled  to charges of terrorism for allegedly threatening a massacre at the offices of his former employer last month.

31-year old Scott Questad of Albia, Iowa entered the plea last week in Dubuque County District Court. No other court date has been set yet.Scott Questad

Questad was arrested January 24th by Dubuque Police who say he made the threats in two social media posts earlier that week. Officials with Hirschbach contacted authorities after seeing the post and asked to have officers on hand while their night shift workers left for the day.

Investigators learned Questad had been terminated by Hirschbach earlier in January. He is still being held in the Dubuque County Jail on 70-thousand dollars bond.
