The City of Dubuque wants motorist to be aware of a new traffic signal in place at a busy intersection.
Starting this morning, the intersection of John F. Kennedy Road and 32nd Street will have the new signal activated.
The City asks motorists and pedestrians to be cautious in this area as traffic adjusts. They say signal transitions will be radar controlled and responsive to traffic, not timed.
