The City of Dubuque has a new App.
The city has just launched Report2DBQ, a new online tool to request services and report concerns.
Report2DBQ allows residents to quickly access information and report issues directly from your mobile device or computer. If you make a request, you can track the progress of the request and receive notifications of status changes via text, email, or phone. Photos and attachments can be submitted with requests and the app can automatically recognize the location for the request.
The Report2DBQ App is free to download and use and is available in the App Store and on Google Play.
