As part of the City of Dubuque’s 2025 Asphalt Overlay Project beginning Monday, May 12th thru Friday, May 16th, West 32nd Street will be closed to through traffic between Wildwood Drive and the Northwest Arterial Hike/Bike Trail from 6am until 6pm daily. Vehicles will be allowed to access the impacted roadway in the evenings and the overnight hours.
Also,
Due to private fiber utility construction, Asbury Road will have an eastbound lane shift between Matthew John Drive and Saint John Drive from Monday morning starting at 9am, until Wednesday.
Motorists will need to follow the posted detour or use a different route.
