A fourth person has been now arrested in connection with a May 4 drive-by shooting in Dubuque. Police say 20 year old Dontrell D. His arrested also included unrelated charges of sexual exploitation of a minor, purchasing or possessing a depiction of a minor in a sex act and three counts of third- degree sexual abuse from an incident in which court documents say took place earlier this year. Stephenson of Sherrill, Iowa, was arrested and is charged with attempted murder and willful injury causing bodily injury in connection with the incident.
