Honor Flight of Dubuque and the Tri States will travel to Washington DC with flights today and Tuesday.
After departing for Washington from the Dubuque Regional Airport this morning, the flight is scheduled to return after 10 o’clock tonight back in Dubuque with the Veterans shuttled back to the Grand River Center for a Welcome Home Ceremony.
