Boys Tennis
At the Iowa High School State Boys Tennis Tournament in Iowa City, Wahlert will get a chance to defend their state championship after winning quarterfinal and semi-finals yesterday. The Golden Eagles first defeated Pella 5-0 and then in the semi-finals topped Sergeant Bluff-Luton 5-2. For the second year in a row, Wahlert will face long-time rival Cedar Rapids Xavier for the state championship at 10 a.m. this morning.
