Forecasted temperatures in the 90s and predicted high humidity are expected to produce heat index readings near or over 100 today and on Tuesday. The City of Dubuque has established cooling centers for use on those days. Some of the locations include the Bunker Hill Club House, the public areas of Kennedy Mall, ImOn Ice Arena and Dubuque Rescue Mission. Petco and PetSmart will be animal friendly cooling centers.
