Ground has been broken for a large and modern Dubuque west end apartment development.
Yesterday the ribbon cutting and groundbreaking ceremony was held for the Fox Hills Apartment Complex to be located on land behind Blaine’s Farm and Fleet off the Northwest Arterial.
The more than $50-million dollar project will feature 390 market rate apartments when completed. Some the amenities planned include: an outdoor pool, Dog Park, and playground area. Developers say the first units will be opening next fall with more development continuing thru the summer of 2027.
