A note for Dubuque motorist for Saturday evening: Dubuque’s annual Halloween Parade will begin at 7 o’clock tomorrow night and will impact several streets between Washington Park, moving north along Locust Street, and ending at 15th Street.
The effected streets will be closed starting tomorrow evening at 4pm and continuing through 9pm and parking will not be allowed along the parade route.
Motorists should plan to avoid the parade area and take a different route tomorrow evening.
