A Maquoketa woman has entered a NOT GUILTY plea to vehicular homicide charges in the death of a truck driver in August near Dubuque.
27-year old Kaylynn Knight entered the written plea in Dubuque County District Court and a trial date will be set.
Knight was arrested in late September after an investigation that authorities say found she was driving distracted playing a game on her phone when she struck and killed the trucker along Highway 61 while he was standing outside of his cab checking the load on the trailer.
