The Telegraph Herald reports the company that owns the Grand Harbor Resort and Waterpark in the Port of Dubuque is in foreclosure and a Sheriff’s Sale will be held in December.
The report says Platinum Holdings of Dubuque owes nearly $10 million dollars and faces a court-ordered sale on December 9th.
The city of Dubuque has landlord status on the property and says three have been several inquiries by interested investors and look forward to working with the new owners whoever that will be.
