A Dubuque man was recently charged with possessing multiple videos of child sexual abuse.
This week Dubuque Police arrested 19-year old Deven Manternach. An investigation turned up the videos on a laptop computer in Manternach’s possession and it was sent to a U.S. Secret Service laboratory for examination.
Police began their investigation in March after receiving a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
