A 19-year old Dubuque man will be sentenced later this month after pleading guilty for his role in two incidents earlier this year.
Sylvester Hubbard is scheduled to be sentenced December 11th in Dubuque County District Court.
In June, Hubbard was arrested following an incident in early June where Police say he pointed a handgun at another teenager involved in brawl in the area of Comiskey Park.
In late September Hubbard was arrested again, one of three men charged in the assault of a man in the area of Prince and 22nd Streets.
