City of Dubuque offices will be closed on Wednesday and Thursday, for the Christmas holiday and on Wednesday December 31st and Thursday, January 1st for the New Year holiday. This includes City Hall and other City offices and facilities.
The Jule will not operate on December 24th, 25th and 31st or January 1st. Parking meter violations will not be enforced on these days.
There will be no curbside trash, yard debris, food scraps, or recycling collections this Thursday or January 1st. Usual Thursday collections will be made on the following Saturdays.

In addition, all curbside collections customers will be allowed to set out an additional bag of garbage following the Christmas holiday. Beginning this Friday through Wednesday, Dec. 31, customers can set out one extra 35-gallon bag weighing no more than 40 pounds without the usually required green sticker.
