A 19-year old Dubuque man has been sentenced to jail time after taking a plea deal for his role in two incidents earlier this
Sylvester Hubbard has been ordered to serve 3 months behind bars. Hubbard was arrested following an incident in early June where police say he pointed a handgun at another teenager involved in a brawl near Comiskey Park.
In September Hubbard was arrested again, one of three men charged in the assault of a man in the area of Prince and 22nd streets.
