41-year old Leonardo Campbell was recently sentenced to 20 years behind bars after being convicted on drug and other charges.
Campbell was arrested in May following a five hour standoff where authorities were serving 10 active warrants for him at a home in 21-hundred block of Stafford Street.
Campbell has filed an appeal of his sentencing.
