The trial date for a Maquoketa woman facing vehicular homicide charges in the death of a truck driver last year near
27-year old Kaylynn Knight was scheduled to go to trial this week, but the trail has been postponed until April 14th in Dubuque County District Court.
Knight was arrested in late September following an investigation into the August accident after authorities concluded she was driving distracted playing a game on her phone when she struck and killed the trucker standing alongside his truck on Highway 61 just south of Dubuque.
