Traffic camera footage has helped Dubuque Police identify the man they say fire a gun during a disturbance in late
On Monday police arrested 26-year old Laquan Edwards on several charges. Edwards was previously been arrested on charges for being involved in a large fight in the 14-hundred block of Central Avenue.
Police say the video shows as the fight was breaking up Edwards pulled out a handgun and fired at another person with the bullet striking the pavement.
