A Dubuque man accused of multiple counts of possessing and distributing child pornography materials has decided on a plea agreement deal and will be sentenced at a later date.
29-year old Evan Schmitt made the plea deal this week in Dubuque County District Court.
Schmitt was arrested this past June and was charged with using a messaging app to send the porn materials in June and July of 2024. The materials were flagged by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children
