6 tbsp. unsalted butter, cut into small cubes
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. ground smoked paprika
2 tbsp. ground paprika
2 tsp. kosher salt
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. Onion powder
½ tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. ground black pepper
20-24 chicken wings, thawed if frozen
Preheat oven to 425-degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Dot the foil with the cubed butter pieces. Rinse wings and pat dry.
In a medium-size bowl, combine the flour, paprkia’s, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt and pepper.
Coat each wing fully, shaking off any excess, and place in between the butter pieces on the baking tray.
Bake the wings for 30 minutes. Flip the wings over and bake and additional 15 minutes, or until crispy and fully cooked (165-degrees F).
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
