Thousands of bicyclists will be rolling into Dubuque this July.
Yesterday the Register Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa better known as RAGBRAI announced the 2026 route and the final days of the ride will be in Dubuque County ending on the banks of the Mississippi River in Dubuque.
Day 6 of the ride Friday, July 24th will end with an overnight stay in Dyersville before day 7 will conclude in Dubuque on Saturday, July 25th.
The RABRAI route will begin July 18th in Onawa and travel east with other overnight stops in Harlan, Guthrie Center, Boone, Marshalltown, and Independence.
This year’s RAGBRAI theme is ‘An Iowa Classic’ and celebrates beloved water towers that riders recognize on the horizon.
