The new owners of the Grand Harbor Resort in the Port of Dubuque are discussing some of their plans to renovate the facility.
Last week the Dubuque City Council approved the transfer of the lease and development agreement to the Riddle Group the resort’s new owners based in South Dakota.

Radisson of the Choice Hotels group has been announced as the brand operating the hotel and waterpark.
The Riddle Group purchased the Grand Harbor at a foreclosure auction last month for 7.5 million dollars.
