The Dubuque Fire Department will be showing off their new ladder truck to the public next week.
The new truck will be on display prior to the city council meeting on Monday evening beginning at 5:30 in front of the Historic Federal Building in downtown Dubuque.
The 2025 E-One Cyclone truck’s ladder can reach up to 75 feet into the air and is equipped with a nozzle to be used for fire suppression. It can pump up to 2,000 gallons of water per minute to its various hose lines and the ladder nozzle.
The new ladder truck which will be housed at Station 4 at the intersection of North Grandview and University is expected to be placed into service in early February.
