A Dubuque County farm building has been destroyed by fire.
Around one o’clock Sunday morning fire crews from Dyersville and Holy Cross were called to the Dennis and Kathleen Soppe farm on Dyersville East Road. When firefighters arrived they found the building fully engulfed in flames. By the time the fire was extinguished the building and everything inside was considered a total loss estimated at $100-thousand dollars.
There were no injuries reported. The cause is under investigation, but officials say it does not appear to be suspicious.
