The Iowa Rural Development Council will host the 2026 RISE: Iowa Rural Summit in Dubuque in April.
The summit will held April 9th and 10th at the Grand River Center. Celebrating its 10th anniversary, the summit will convene rural leaders and community builders from across Iowa.
The summit will give an opportunity for rural Iowa communities to collaborate, learn, and strengthen alongside fellow leaders, economic developers, local government representatives and others passionate about rural Iowa’s future.
