A Dubuque man has been arrested and is accused of sexually abusing a female minor a number of times.
Dubuque Police say 39-year old Terry Ruble faces multiple charges following the arrest on Friday and was taken to the Dubuque County Jail where he is being held on $200 thousand dollars bond.
Authorities say they began investigating Ruble in September 2024 after reports he had sexually abused the girl in 2023 and 2024.
