Dubuque Police say an investigation into a domestic disturbance where a man was charged with holding a gun to the head of
Police say 30-year old Austine Thomas of Durango is accused of taking nine firearms by breaking into a cabin and then selling those weapons. The break-in was reported December 28th
One of the weapons was traced to 35-year old Cody Richey who was arrested last month on assault using a dangerous weapon charges in the disturbance February 22nd.
Authorities say three of the stolen weapons remain missing.
Thomas is being held in the Dubuque County jail on a number of charges.
