The Dubuque Senior boys basketball will make their third straight state tournament appearance and 11th in school history later today at the Caseys Center in Des Moines.
The 21-and-2 Rams are the 5th seed in the 4A tournament field and will square off with 4 seed (20-3) Dowling Catholic at 5:30 this evening, pregame on AM 1370 and radiodubuque.com begins around 5:10. The winner moves to the semi-finals on Thursday morning to face the winner of the second 4A quarterfinal of the day between top seed Cedar Falls and 8th seed Urbandale.
Tomorrow at the tournament both Bellevue and Bellevue Marquette Catholic play Class 1A quarterfinal round games. Bellevue will face Burlington Notre Dame at 3:45pm and that night Marquette Catholic matches up with Bishop Garrigan at 7:15pm and you can hear both games here on AM 1370.
