A Dubuque man faces nearly 40 counts of possessing child sex abuse material on a personal electronic device.
Dubuque Police arrested 37-year old Steve Steger on Tuesday.
Steger had been under investigation since April 2025. Police say federal investigators found 38 images and videos of child sex abuse on Steger’s devices.
