The person who was killed in a two vehicle accident in Dubuque County on Monday has been identified. According to an Iowa State Patrol crash report, 81 year old Margaret M. Bockenstedt of Cedar Rapids was declared deceased on scene. The driver of the second vehicle, 51 year old Bob J, Blake of Decorah and his 2 passengers, both in their 20’s, sustained minor injuries and were taken to MercyOne Dyersville Medical Center. The report says that Bockenstedt was traveling north on U.S. 52 in the area of Double J Lane just before 10am Monday when the vehicle crossed the center line and collided head-on with a vehicle driven by Blake
