Dubuque police have arrested a Dubuque man following a shooting incident over the weekend.
Police say shortly after 10:30 Saturday night they were called to the 500 block of Rhomberg Avenue on the report of a gunshot.
Following an investigation by officers which included traffic camera footage, they arrested 38-year old Pierre Springer who is accused of shooting at another man. Police also say they found a spent 9 millimeter shell casing in front of the door of the residence and later located a handgun on a couch in the home.
Springer is being held in the Dubuque County Jail on a charge of going armed with intent.
