The Iowa Department of Transportation says the Julien Dubuque Bridge will be fully open for the Labor Day Holiday Weekend.
The D.O.T. says the bridge will be open in both directions from this Friday through Monday.
While the work continues the eastbound lane of the bridge is closed on working days, but is open for the evening commute.
Work on the bridge remains on schedule and is expected to be finished late this month.
