A bus driver and three students suffered injuries when a school bus headed to a middle school football game went off the road in northwest Illinois.
The Jo Daviess County Sheriff says the crash happened around 4:40 yesterday afternoon on Route 78 North near Stockton. Authorities say the Benton school district bus was being driven by 80-year-old Charles Voight who reportedly had a medical emergency while driving.
The bus crossed the center of the road, hit an embankment, and rolled on its side.
Voight and three students were taken to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
