If you travel on Iowa Highway 3 between Boy Scout Road and Sageville, west of Dubuque, you need to be aware of an upcoming construction project that may slow down your trip.
The Iowa D.O.T. says the project is scheduled to begin this Monday and continue through mid-November. Iowa 3 will remain open through the winter months.
This spring, the same segment of Iowa 3 will be closed around April 1st and remain closed all season for reconstruction of the entire roadway.
