BBQ Bacon Mac & Cheese Burgers

Ingredients

8 Cremer’s Ground Brisket burgers

2 containers Cremer’s Mac & Cheese (warmed)

1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp

8 slices cheddar cheese

1 cup BBQ Sauce

1 tbsp. homemade hamburger seasoning (optional or Seasoned salt)

Sriracha sauce (optional)

8 onion or pretzel hamburger buns, toasted

Homemade Burger Seasoning:

1 ½ tsp. salt

½ tsp. pepper

1 tbsp. paprika

1 tsp. onion powder

2 tsp. garlic powder

½ tsp. lemon pepper seasoning

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in an air tight container.

Season ground brisket patties on both sides with homemade seasoning. Cook patties until cooked through.

We done, remove from heat source to a plate and tent with aluminum foil.

Assemble your burger: Add some of the bbq sauce to the bottom of each bun. Top with a burger pattie. Add a slice of cheddar cheese. Add a couple pieces of bacon to the patty. Top with warmed Mac & Cheese. Add a little more bbq sauce to the top bun. Drizzle with some sriracha sauce, if using. Cover Mac & cheese burger with top bun.
