- Hempstead Girls Invitational this evening at Dalzell Field, 12 schools Hempstead (88.5) was third, Western Dubuque (83.5) placed fourth, Senior (60.5) took sixth and Wahlert (51.5) finished eighth. Pleasant Valley won the title.
- Hempstead boys finished 2nd at the Yuska Relays in Waterloo with 112 points. Cedar Falls won the meet with 235
- Wahlert boys placed 3rd at Decorah invitational with 69. Decorah won it with 168.
