Track and Field
- (boys) At the Harold Sweet Invitational at Dalzell Field with 14 teams Western Dubuque was second with 123, Senior (93) was third and Hempstead (89) placed fourth. Maquoketa was fifth with 47 points, Wahert (33) finished in seventh. Cedar Rapids Kennedy finished with 148 total points to claim the team title.
- (girls) Hempstead finished 4th with 121 and Senior 7th with 92.5 at the 16 team Waterloo West Wahawk Invitational. Cedar Falls won the title with 262.

- Wahlert and Hempstead in16 team Invitational hosted by North Scott at Glynns Creek. Wahlert placed 2nd with 324, just one stroke back of winner Pleasant Valley. Senior was 8th shooting 398.
