The first degree murder trial of a man accused of killing a 20-year old Dubuque woman in July 2021 is still scheduled to begin this week in Dubuque County District Court.
Trial proceedings for 24-year old Rommel Enoch are scheduled to begin on Monday morning.
Enoch has pled not guilty in the death of 20-year old Kylie Duster whose body was found in her apartment on West 11th Street.
Enoch, who was serving time on other charges at the state prison Clarinda, was arrested on the murder charge in December 2022.
