A Dubuque man has been arrested following the report of shots fired early Sunday morning in Dubuque.
Dubuque Police say an investigation led them to the Glen View Hotel on Rockdale Road where they arrested 29-year old Datreon Lewis on charges of dominion or control of a firearm by a felon and possession of marijuana
Police say the shooting occurred shortly after midnight in the area of Stafford and High Bluff streets. Shell casing were found, but no reports of damage were located, police were able to track a suspected vehicle from the area to the hotel where they arrested Lewis. The investigation continues, and more charges could be coming.
