A Grant County woman was arrested after allegedly setting a house on fire on her property Saturday night.
After an investigation, Grant County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 51-year old Jayne McPhail on tentative charges of arson.
The Grant County Sheriff says the Platteville Fire Department and deputies were called to the report of a structure fire along Highway 81 near Platteville in the town of Lima around 8:30 Saturday night. The Sheriff says the incident remains under investigation.
