A fiery two vehicle accident in southwest Wisconsin injured a Cuba City man. The Layfayette County Sheriff says it happened Tuesday afternoon at 12:30on State Highway 11in Gratiot Township.
The Sheriff say 41-year old Travis Wilson was driving a pick-up pulling a trailer and he slowed to make a turn and was hit by a straight truck driven by 22-year old Luis Fuentes-Lara of Middleton. Both vehicles went into the ditch and the trailer caught fire.
Wilson received moderate injuries and burns and was transported to the hospital. Fuentes-Lara and a passenger 23-year old Robert Avalos also of Middleton were able to get out of the truck and reported no injuries.
