Closing arguments in the first degree murder trial of a man accused of killing a 20-year old Dubuque woman in 2021 are scheduled to be held Monday (this morning) in Dubuque County District Court.
24-year old Rommell Enoch faces life in prison without the possibility of parole in the death of Kylie Duster who was found dead in her apartment on July 21st of 2021.
Three days of prosecution and defense witness testimony wrapped up on Friday without Enoch’s defense team calling any witnesses to the stand.
The jury will deliberate the case after closing arguments wrap-up.
