Dubuque arrested a man on Friday who they said fired at least 16 shots during an incident in Dubuque. According to court documents, Police responded just after 2:40 Friday morning to the 500 block of Loras Boulevard on a report of shots being fired. A witness told police he heard around 15 or more gunshots in the area. 23 year old Johel Gonzales of 567 Loras Blvd., No. 2, was arrested just after 5:15 Friday afternoon at his residence. He is charged with reckless use of a firearm-no injury or damage, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. There were no reports of injury or damage. Police reviewed traffic camera footage as part of their investigation.
