Several hundred walkers turned out for the annual heart walk event at the Dubuque Arboretum and Botanical Gardens Saturday morning. A representative said this year’s Dubuque Area Heart Walk will be close to breaking the record of more than $250,000 set just last year. This is the 30th year for the Dubuque Area Heart Walk, and the American Heart Association is celebrating its 100th year.
