A Dubuque man has been sentenced to 30 years in prison after recently pleading guilty to drug related charges.
29-year old Kim Phillips entered the guilty plea to three counts of a controlled substance violation in Dubuque County District Court. As part of the plea deal, 15 additional counts of a controlled substance violation were dismissed.
Phillips was arrested in 2022 after undercover agents with the Dubuque Drug Task Force completed six separate purchases of a variety of drugs from him.
