The Grant County Sheriff’s Department says a Platteville man involved in a serious motorcycle accident near Potosi has passed died. Authorities say 27-year old Trevor King was pronounced dead Wednesday afternoon following the crash which occurred Saturday evening at the intersection of Highway 61 and County Road B.
A passenger on the cycle 25-year old Paige Adams also of Platteville was seriously injured reported in critical condition following the accident, there is no update on her condition.
The Sheriff’s Department says a car driven by 25-year old Jacob Marshall of Cuba City ran through a stop sign at the intersection and failed yield right of way and collided with the cycle.
