The American Red Cross of Eastern Iowa chapter says Chris Georges has been named as its new executive director.
Georges joined the Red Cross in 2017 in the role of disaster program manager for the Northern and Central Iowa chapter.
For the past several months, he has served as interim executive director for the Eastern Iowa chapter.
